On July 8, Urielsoft signed an MOU with Vietnam's BK Holdings and signed a system development outsourcing contract with BK ACAD, an affiliate of BK Holdings, to help advance into the Southeast Asian market.

BK Holdings is a company 100% invested by Hanoi University of Science and Technology(HUST) and has become a partner for Urielsoft's joint technology development of aviation field systems and strategic marketing in the Vietnamese market.

BK ACAD has signed a contract with Urielsoft to develop solutions in the aviation field, and Urielsoft will transfer and train its technology to BK ACAD to jointly develop services for the airports and airlines.

The signing ceremony was held at the BK Investor Network event, and the former Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam, Vice President of HUST, CEO of BK Holdings, and representatives of related investors and companies were present at the event. Urielsoft also gave a company introduction presentation and did social networking at this event.

Cooperation with BK Holdings which is leading the fast-growing IT industry in Vietnam, is expected to further accelerate Urielsoft's overseas business in the future.

We will do our best to globalize our aviation system aviation technology, starting from Vietnam.
