Urielsoft Supplies e-BGR Solution and e-Gate Middleware for ICN Aiport's Smartpass Urielsoft has signed a contract to supply e-BGR solution and establish e-Gate standard middleware for Incheon International Airport Corporation's 2nd Smartpass project.e-BGR is a solution applied to auto-boarding gates, where passengers go through the boarding gates by scanning their pre-registered facial information without showing their passport or boarding pass to airline staff.e-BGR is a technology-intensive solution that can be implemented only by the aviation system specialists like Urielsoft because they shall have expert knowledge about all the airport's Smartpass systems, airline systems, and devices within the auto-gates to make sure those various systems interface with each other smoothly.e-Gate standard middleware is also a technology for seamless data interface between the passenger processing system and different vendors' devices within the auto-gates. This also requires a deep understanding of the various devices and systems used at the airport.Urielsoft's e-BGR solution has already been installed and operated stably in the One-ID system of other Korean airports, such as Gimpo Airport and Jeju Airport. Through this project, it will be applied to the automatic boarding gates at Incheon Airport, enabling faster and more accurate boarding procedures.This contract is a good reference showing the expertise of Urielsoft in the air-passenger transport system field.
